Should the piano prove to be an obvious total loss (ideally supported by photos), we will provide you with a document certifying this loss and offer you an equivalent model as a replacement.
Repair and cleaning
We will provide you with a detailed quote including all associated costs. Once we receive your approval, we will take care of picking up the piano, transporting it to our repair shop, and potentially delivering it to the claimant's home, if they are able to receive it.
